Sharing a visceral perspective on the human experience through Dance, Choreography, and Education.

Morgan Holden is a 22-year-old graduate of Hofstra University, where she earned her BFA in Dance. Originally from Maryland, she is now based in New York and is passionate about creating movement that fosters honesty and a metaphysical connection between dancers, audiences, and the world. She has trained extensively in Modern, Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz, and Improvisation, and has worked with a diverse range of choreographers, including Amanda Selwyn, Janice Rosario, Larry Keigwin, Adam Barruch, and Amy Marshall. Morgan is eager to cultivate welcoming, creative spaces through choreography, performance, and education—sharing a visceral perspective on the human experience.
